School health programmes

Health habits formed in childhood and adolescence often define a lifetime of well-being. Our school health programme brings evidence-based health education directly into classrooms and school communities.

What we do

We deliver engaging health talks, interactive workshops, and awareness sessions in schools, covering topics including personal hygiene, nutrition, puberty, mental health, reproductive health, and disease prevention. Our approach is age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and designed to spark curiosity and lasting behaviour change.

Our approach

We work closely with school leadership and teachers to ensure sessions align with students’ needs. We combine storytelling, interactive Q&A, and practical demonstrations to make health education engaging and memorable, not just another lesson.
